These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile games published by Wiggle Waggle Games ("we", "us", "our"), including Waddle Mart (the "Games"), and to this website. By downloading or playing our Games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Games.
1. Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. If you downloaded a Game from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the Games, except where the law allows.
- Use cheats, exploits, bots or other unauthorised software.
- Interfere with the ads in the Games or generate fraudulent ad clicks or views.
- Use the Games for any unlawful purpose.
3. In-game ads
The Games are free to play and supported by advertising provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising partners use data.
4. In-app purchases
You can buy a one-off "Remove Ads" upgrade inside the Games. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and the price is shown before you confirm. Your purchase is linked to your Apple ID or Google account, so you can restore it on the same account using the restore purchases option in the Game. Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, in line with their refund policies and your legal rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Games, including all artwork, characters, music, sounds, code and the Wiggle Waggle Games name and logo, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
6. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering any Game or feature at any time. Some updates may be required to keep playing.
7. Disclaimer
The Games are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Games will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Games. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory consumer laws where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts.
